Smile Solutions was founded in 1993 by Dr Kia Pajouhesh, a young science and dentistry graduate on a mission to turn the accepted dental practice paradigm on its head. His vision was to build the dental practice of dreams, its purpose being to see patients’ needs through their eyes, not the practitioners, and thereby elevate the experience of dental treatment and in turn make a significant contribution to the dental health and overall wellbeing of all customers.

Today, the practice occupies five Smile Solutions–owned levels of the Manchester Unity Building and its multi-storey tower, and Dr Pajouhesh has personally presided over painstaking restorations of the building’s common areas as well as the transformation of Smile Solutions’ own floors.
