Additionally, Kent have introduced a national Property Management team that provides expert industry knowledge and services for clients with property portfolios. In practice, this team aims to provide an overlay service, giving customers the capability to leverage their experience to yield cost savings. This involves managing hundreds of staff houses across Australia, maintaining them by providing weekly cleaning, ongoing property maintenance and performing half-yearly inspections.
