Founded in 1946, the company provides removal and relocation services to over 180 countries across the world, performing 40,000 removals and relocations per year. By differentiating in the provision of custom integrated services, Kent are striving to create partnerships tailored to a relevant improvement agenda with each client. This includes the establishment of an online Room Booking Portal for property vacancy management and temporary accommodation. The portal is designed to allow clients to track vacancies and room bookings for hotels, apartments and private houses across Australia. The portal is designed to eliminate the need for premium cost serviced apartments and to terminate surplus property leases, resulting in savings for major clients.

Additionally, Kent have introduced a national Property Management team that provides expert industry knowledge and services for clients with property portfolios. In practice, this team aims to provide an overlay service, giving customers the capability to leverage their experience to yield cost savings. This involves managing hundreds of staff houses across Australia, maintaining them by providing weekly cleaning, ongoing property maintenance and performing half-yearly inspections.
