The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to customer service excellence.
Sofra Partners finds that building a relationship with their clients makes them feel understood, welcomed, trusted and allows them to put their trust in Sofra Partners to do a great job. Once the relationship is built, the client won’t feel as though they are dealing with work but more so as though they are having a conversation with a friend. This then allows Sofra Partners to gain better knowledge and understanding as to exactly what they want and what they can do to exceed their expectations.
One of the ways Sofra Partners aims to make their clients happy is through a social branch by inviting clients to an Annual Gala Dinner as well as the Annual Client Christmas Party. Clients are rewarded at these functions for their continuance of support and referrals with items such as a bottles of wine, vouchers and flowers. As most of their clientele is based around the dairy industry, Sofra Partners gave back to their clients by attending International Dairy Week in 2015. They set up a stall that allowed other dairy farmers to go and seek advice. Throughout the drought, Sofra Partners organised motivational speakers to talk to farmers to help lift their spirits. Every so often the team will organise a different type of seminar for clients, client friends and other business owners to gain advice. The creation of WOW Women by Tracey Sofra is a dynamic group of like-minded business, professional and entrepreneurial women. The purpose of this group is to create connections with other women who will challenge each other, stretch their thinking and help lead them to new opportunities.
