Grosvenor Performance Group

Grosvenor Performance Group has been selected as an ABA100® Winner for Service Excellence in The Australian Business Awards 2021. The Australian Business Award for Service Excellence [CSX] recognises organisations that have successfully implemented initiatives that demonstrate leadership and commitment to customer service excellence.

“Grosvenor Performance Group consults with our clients, not to our clients. We treat our clients as individuals and don’t give them cookie cutter solutions. Our consulting philosophy is based on close collaboration, a deep understanding of the problems we are trying to solve, critical thinking at each step of the project and constant testing of progress and ideas with our clients.

“We are proud to have been recognised for Service Excellence by the Australian Business Awards because Grosvenor is a proactive force striving to positively impact and help organisations be the best they can be. And we couldn’t do that unless we had the best consultants who care about achieving the best results for our clients.”

Stefan Gassner – Director, Head of Growth, Grosvenor Performance Group

Grosvenor Performance Group (Grosvenor) is an employee-owned consulting firm that has been optimising the performance of public and private sector organisations for 25 years with quality thinking and quality outcomes. Grosvenor specialises in procurement, property and public sector advisory services across Australia’s eastern seaboard.

Grosvenor is a proactive force for good, helping organisations be the best they can be. They have a reputation among clients for offering fearless advice and relentlessly pursuing solutions to deliver exceptional outcomes for their clients.

Grosvenor Performance Group provides three advisory services: Public Sector Advisory, Property Advisory and Procurement Advisory.

Grosvenor Public Sector Advisory supports the delivery of a proud, passionate and purposeful public sector. Public Sector Advisory specialises in Strategy and Design, Program Evaluation and Assurance, Workforce Capability and Health, Efficiency and Effectiveness Reviews, and Advanced Analytics.

Grosvenor Property Advisory supports property occupier clients to improve their accommodation and property-related functions, services, contracts and management approaches. Their core capabilities are based on the key management challenges associated with running a large and complex accommodation portfolio; the team’s internal capabilities, the contracts and procurement of services, and the development of accommodation strategies and plans.

Grosvenor Procurement Advisory delivers sustainable high-value returns to their clients. The Grosvenor Procurement Advisory team provides procurement advice to the public, private, utilities, and tertiary education sectors. They specialise in High Stakes Procurement, Procurement Systems, Procurement Transformation, Contract Management and Supplier Management.

Grosvenor’s client, Public Works Advisory (PWA), is an agency that supports all other government agencies to deliver critical infrastructure initiatives by providing advice, planning, delivery and support services, including supporting construction project delivery in regional NSW.

Grosvenor Performance Group (Grosvenor) was engaged by Public Works Advisory (PWA) to explore the implications of a 10 point plan and the Enforceable Procurement Provisions (EPP) had for the operation of the two schemes established to streamline public procurement processes. PWA match Government agencies who require the services of a construction company or an engineering consultant with capable, pre-qualified suppliers.

The success of the Initiative was based on Grosvenor’s ability to efficiently review and interpret relevant information, manage key stakeholders, propose an appropriate strategy and implement an endorsed solution.

Grosvenor consults with their clients, not to their clients. Grosvenor’s consulting philosophy is based on close collaboration, a deep understanding of the problems they are trying to solve, critical thinking at each step of the project and constant testing of progress and ideas with their clients.

The skills required by Grosvenor to successfully deliver the Initiative to the client were:

– Subject Matter Expertise
– Research and critical thinking
– Stakeholder and change management
– Technology

Due to the project being delivered within timelines and under the approved budget, Grosvenor decided to repurpose the remaining amount to undertake tasks that the client would have had to take up using their own time and resources subsequently. The client was delighted with the added value and the social and economic achievements that the project delivered.
